T5 is a spacious and geometric open space on the ground floor surmounted by large skylights and exposed trusses, typical elements of the industrial period.

High ceilings and natural light make this space, along with the T3, unique and suitable for all types of initiatives from fashion to design. 

The location with its high ceilings was first a workplace for metal welding workers. Today redeveloped into a modern total white space for events, it keeps its post-industrial atmosphere intact, fitting perfectly into the redevelopment of the Tortona area.  

Together with space T3 is the beating heart of the entire location because it is the bridge between via Tortona and the historic and pretty via Novi.
