Processing of personal data

ASSOCIAZIONE TORTONA LAB is actively engaged in safeguarding the personal data of its customers and of anyone who entrusts this data to our treatment. We recommend our customers to read this information carefully before subscribing to one of our services.

Purpose of the treatment

The legal basis of the processing is constituted by the relationship created by the user's navigation on our site in relation to article 6 paragraph b and c of the GDPR.

The data processing will be carried out for:

  • perform the obligations established by laws or regulations;

  • protect the rights of ASSOCIAZIONE TORTONA LAB in court;

  • send informative material of a technical, administrative or commercial nature;

 

In relation to the aforementioned purposes, no particularly sensitive data (e.g. health data) referable to the interested party will be processed (expressly indicated as "particular" data in the GDPR).

 

Processing methods

The data will be processed mainly with electronic and IT tools and stored both on IT supports and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the security measures envisaged by our internal regulation and may involve all the operations envisaged by Article 4, paragraph 2 of the GDPR.

 

Mandatory nature

The data necessary to manage the navigation of the pages of our website are mandatory. All other data such as e.g. email address for receiving informative or commercial material, are not mandatory.

 

Consequences of refusal to provide data

In case of failure to enter one or more mandatory data, it will not be possible to use the requested service.

 

Subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed.

The personal data relating to the treatment in question may be communicated to subjects who are recognized as having the right to access personal data by law or secondary and/or community regulations.

 

Geographical scope of treatment.

Personal data will always be processed within the European Community.

 

Storage.

Personal data processed for newsletter/marketing purposes are kept until you request cancellation.

All personal data is saved in backup copies for up to thirty days.

 

Profiling.

In compliance with the guidelines of the GDPR and freedom of choice, your data will not be subjected to an exclusively automated decision-making process, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or which may significantly affect your person in a similar way.

 

Rights of the interested party:

In relation to the processing of your personal data, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and art.14 and following of the GDPR, you can protect your rights towards ASSOCIAZIONE TORTONA LAB; in particular, you have the right to know, at any time, what your data is held by the individual data controllers, i.e. by ASSOCIAZIONE TORTONA LAB or by the subjects indicated above to whom we must communicate them, and how they are used; he also has the right to have them updated, integrated, corrected or canceled, to request their blocking and to oppose their treatment. To exercise your rights, as well as for more detailed information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data are communicated or who become aware of them as managers or agents, you can contact the data controller or one of his responsible, identified at the beginning of the information.

 

Tracking Technologies

ASSOCIAZIONE TORTONA LAB uses services provided by TosNet srl for visibility on the internet (web server) and for sending/receiving e-mails; TosNet srl will therefore process (as it is appointed external manager of this treatment) the tracking data of the IP addresses described below.

ASSOCIAZIONE TORTONA LAB uses tracking technologies via cookies for the purpose of tracking visits made to its site and to manage its correct functioning (technical cookies).

 

Collected data

  1. IP addresses

The IP addresses of all visitors who access web pages are collected.

The data is collected when a user accesses a web page or sends an email to ASSOCIAZIONE TORTONA LAB.

The IP addresses of the e-mail servers involved in each individual transaction are also collected.

In the presence of an information request form, the sender's data will therefore be processed and the IP of the destination server will be traced, an operation necessary for forwarding the email.

The name servers (or DNS) of TosNet srl collect the IPs of fraudulent or otherwise unauthorized requests.

These data are collected and used for the management of the technical-administrative operations of our company, the diagnosis of any technical problems and the prevention of intrusion and abuse of the service.

The data is stored in accordance with the law and IP tracking cannot be avoided.

 

Generality Cookies

ASSOCIAZIONE TORTONA LAB uses "cookie" technology to improve the possibilities of using the services offered, associating a cookie to the visitor connected to the site. Cookies are also used to determine site traffic values and to allow for the correct completion of service orders, to calculate discounts and manage promotions that may be applicable to the connected visitor.

2a. Technical cookies

Technical cookies are defined as those strictly necessary for ASSOCIAZIONE TORTONA LAB to provide the requested services, including:

Third-party analytical cookies such as Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram and others may be installed. These cookies are sent from the websites of the aforementioned third parties external to our site.

These cookies are used to detect, anonymously, data necessary for statistical purposes (not for profiling), to monitor performance and improve the usability of the site.

We invite Users to read the privacy policy and the instructions for managing or disabling cookies published on the web pages of Google, Facebook and the other players involved.

 

Databases

The data provided for the eventual use of the site's services (e.g. newsletter) may be stored in relational databases managed by Double Malt Srl, therefore appointed as the external manager of this particular treatment.

Said data will be managed in a manner compliant with the directives in question, with related backup and disaster recovery data.

Saving for backup is required by law and cannot be avoided.
