Gusto 17 celebrates the Pratone by Gufram and creates the official gelato flavor of the Tortona Design Week.
A new flavor is born to celebrate one of the most iconic objects of Italian design: the Pratone by Gufram.

From the collaboration between Tortona Design Week and Gusto 17, a premium and customizable gelato brand founded in Milan on Via Savona 17, in the heart of the Tortona District, comes a gelato flavor that transforms the language of design into a sensory and taste experience.
​
A flavor that draws visual inspiration from the iconic Pratone by Gufram and becomes gelato through a balance that blends research, raw ingredients, color, and taste: hay milk, chlorophyll, and a textural component made with chocolate sablé biscuits combine into a creative and dynamic structure that evolves spoonful after spoonful.
​
Just as the Pratone redefines the relationship between object and space, Gusto 17 transforms tasting gelato into an immersive experience.

A landscape to be tasted, where flavor becomes form and form becomes flavor.
The Tortona Design Week gelato flavor is available throughout the entire duration of the Milan Design Week 2026
at the Gusto 17 store on Via Savona 17 in Milan.

A historic restaurant that, since 1972, has been serving authentic Milanese cuisine: riso al salto, veal cutlet, and risotto with ossobuco are among the traditional dishes, complemented on the menu by other Italian culinary specialties.
